Prenatal Yoga class is designed for pregnant women who wish to stay active.


Through gentle movements and poses adapted to each stage of pregnancy, you’ll learn to release tension, breathe deeply, and prepare your body with confidence for childbirth.

Prenatal yoga promotes strength, flexibility, and endurance while offering a calm space to connect with your baby.


No previous experience is required — just the desire to take care of yourself!
