Whether you want to strengthen your abs, regain your balance, or unwind after a long day, our classes are made for you. Simple classes to help you catch your breath.

Hatha Yoga

Gentle Yoga – Poses are held for 3 to 5 breaths.

Flow Yoga

Dynamic Yoga – A more active practice that connects movement with breath.

Yin Yoga

Restorative Yoga – Poses are held for 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the body to open up gradually.

Flow/Yin Yoga

Flow & Yin Combo – Starts with an energizing Flow, then transitions into a relaxing Yin practice.

Legs, Glutes & Abs

Legs, Glutes & Abs Workout – Strengthen your lower body with small, repetitive movements.

Mat Pilates

Gentle but Effective Session – Focused on deep muscle strengthening, posture, and breathwork.
